Effective date: March 7, 2026. These terms govern use of Food Trucks Near Me for customers and vendors.

1. Platform role

We provide discovery and scheduling tools. We do not prepare food, process on-site orders, or guarantee vendor availability.

2. Vendor obligations

Vendors must provide accurate truck identity, schedule, and location data, and must comply with local food safety and licensing laws.

3. Billing and subscriptions

Vendor subscriptions are billed by Stripe. Trial, hibernation, cancellation, and invoice behavior follows plan settings shown in the vendor dashboard.

4. Content and abuse

You may not publish unlawful, abusive, or misleading content. We may suspend listings for abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

5. Liability limits

Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
